About Happy
Nancy Poultney (Happy) is both gifted and passionate in bringing joy and laughter to all ages, young and old alike. Trained by clowns from the Barnum & Bailey Circus, she has been professionally clowning for over 25 years in Pennsylvania’s Delaware, Montgomery, and Chester Counties. From birthday parties to corporate events, schools, hospitals, nursing homes, fairs, churches, and community gatherings; whatever your occasion may be, let Happy make it a truly fun and memorable one!

Get Started With Three Easy Steps
1. Identify Your Audience and Venue
Services can accommodate any age group or audience size and can be performed at almost any venue, indoor or outdoor, year-round. Happy performs in Pennsylvania’s Delaware, Montgomery, and Chester Counties, with additional travel arrangements available upon request.
2. Choose Your Services
Pick any combination of balloon twisting, face painting, and/or magic show for your event. Happy can perform in full-clown, partial-clown, non-clown, and holiday-themed professional attire. Holiday themed shows are also available!
3. Determine Your Length
All performances start at one hour minimum. Additional time can be added to better accommodate your audience size, venue, and choice of services.
